1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VengoTrip (vengotrip.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

VengoTrip provides travel-related services including: (a) Visa application assistance, (b) Affiliate-based bookings for flights, hotels, trains, buses and activities through trusted third-party platforms.

3. Visa Services

• Service fees paid to VengoTrip cover our application assistance only — embassy/consulate fees are separate and non-refundable
• We guarantee a 99% approval rate based on our historical track record, subject to complete and accurate documentation provided by the applicant
• Processing times are estimates and depend on embassy/consulate processing speeds, which are outside our control
• We are not responsible for visa rejections due to applicant's incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information

4. Affiliate Bookings

For flight, hotel, train and bus bookings, you are redirected to our affiliate partners (e.g., Booking.com, Travelpayouts, IRCTC, RedBus). Their own terms of service and payment policies apply. VengoTrip is not responsible for transactions completed on third-party platforms.

5. Payments

Payments for visa services are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.

6. Refund Policy

For visa services: If your application is rejected due to our error, we refund 100% of our service fee. If not processed within 48 hours of agreed refund date, we pay ₹500 extra compensation. Embassy fees are non-refundable.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information at all times
• Ensure your travel documents (passport, etc.) are valid
• Comply with all applicable laws of your destination country
• Not use VengoTrip for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

VengoTrip is not responsible for: changes in flight/hotel/train schedules by service providers; visa rejections due to applicant errors; losses from third-party platform usage; force majeure events (disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on VengoTrip including text, images, logos and design is our property. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, India.

3. Affiliate Links & Third Parties

When you click affiliate links on VengoTrip, you are redirected to platforms like Booking.com, Travelpayouts, IRCTC. These have their own privacy policies. VengoTrip is not responsible for how these platforms collect or use your data.

4. Data Security

We use SSL 256-bit encryption. Visa documents shared with us are stored securely and deleted after processing is complete. We never share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with: embassies/consulates (visa processing), Razorpay (payment processing), and government authorities when legally required. We never sell personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to improve your browsing experience. You can disable cookies in browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

1. Visa Service Refunds

If your visa application is rejected due to an error on our part (incorrect documentation advice, missed deadlines, etc.), VengoTrip will refund 100% of our service fee within 48 hours.

Embassy/consulate fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities and outside our control.

If rejection is due to applicant's incomplete or inaccurate information, our service fee is non-refundable.

2. 48-Hour Refund Guarantee

If an agreed refund is not credited to your account within 48 hours of the agreed refund date, VengoTrip will pay you an additional ₹500 as compensation. This applies to refunds within our control.

3. Affiliate Booking Refunds

For affiliate bookings (flights, hotels, trains, buses), the refund policies of respective platforms apply. Contact these platforms directly:

• Flights: Airline / booking platform used
• Hotels: Booking.com / Agoda / hotel directly
• Trains: IRCTC (trains.vengotrip.com or irctc.co.in)
• Buses: RedBus / AbhiBus

4. How to Request a Refund
